All plans from our portfolio are priced per plan and will include an adjustment fee should alterations or adjustments be required.
Our custom home plans are priced per square feet and will reflect scope and complexity of the project. We encourage the use of our portfolio as inspiration to better define your style and preferences in your home as well as sharing any inspiration you may have found on the internet or the ever-growing social media platforms!
